1. Launch Videora and click "setup" on the top left of the window.
2. The "one click profile" you can leave it where it's set to default---MPEG-4/320x240/768bps Stereo/128kbps ...or play with the other settings
3. The "output videos to" - choose where you want to save all your files
4. Choose the "device drive" when you choose the file you want to convert, so don't bother with this now.
5. In "process priority" choose normal
6. In the top left hand corner, click the "convert" link/button-thing right above where you clicked "setup"
7.click "Transcode New Video" and browse to find your newly encoded .avi file
8.click "start"
9.once the first file starts converting, you can add other files in queue by clicking "One-Click Transcode" and selecting your files.
After it's finished, upload it to iTunes and then download it to your iPod.
Notice this version is the older one but its less bloated
